Vinny Federico
Founder / Barbering Professional
Vincenzo Federico has spent more than 30 years in the barbering industry, opening his first barbershop at just 23 years old. Since then, he has grown Vinny's Barber Shop from the ground up, building a reputation for professionalism, consistency, and community. Vincenzo brings real-world knowledge of leadership, entrepreneurship, and running successful barbershops. He is passionate about helping students master the craft while developing long-lasting careers in the industry.
Anthony Payne
Founder / Barbering Professional
Anthony Payne has spent more than 15 years behind the chair, developing extensive hands-on knowledge and experience in the craft of barbering. As an owner of three barbershop locations, he continues to work behind the chair today. He brings the real-world industry and business experience right inside the classroom. With the barbershop business proudly serving the community for over 20 years, Anthony is excited to share his knowledge and help prepare the next generation of barbers.
